Georgia Arnold

Executive Director and Founder

Georgia is the Foundation's Executive Director, and is responsible for leading the entire team and driving all elements of the Foundation's operations, including content production, grant giving, fundraising and partnerships. She is also Senior Vice President of Social Responsibility for MTV Networks International, where she develops and implements social initiatives across MTV's broad range of channels.

Sara Piot

Director of Grants

Sara’s been working with the MTV Staying Alive Foundation since 2003. She’s responsible for our grant-giving programme, overseeing everything from selecting grantees to managing and fulfilling our grants. She also works closely on all the legal, financial and governance aspects of the Foundation.

David Meredith

David Meredith

Director of Strategic Partnerships

At the Staying Alive Foundation, David is responsible for building and nurturing our partnerships with both individual and corporate donors. Keen to deliver mutually beneficial relationships, he is always on the lookout for new opportunities which can help us in our fight against HIV.  

Chloe Musgrave

Chloe Musgrave

Strategic Partnerships Manager

Chloe works in the Strategic Partnerships team, with a particular focus on fundraising events and activities. She came to the team in January 2012 after working at the Quintessentially Foundation supporting global health and education projects, where she raised over £1 million for good causes.

Shay Nolan

Grants Co-ordinator

Shay joined us in October 2011 and works closely with Sara to select grantees and their projects. Before working with us, Shay was a radio journalist for the National Indigenous Radio Service in Australia.

Creative Director

Julie joined us in 2006 from the BBC, where she looked after a variety of interactive dramas and entertainment projects. At the Staying Alive Foundation she leads all things creative – from show concepts, to creative fundraising initiatives and creative media partnerships.

Siobhan Rae

Campaign Manager

Siobhan works across all Foundation campaigns and projects, including creative, on-air, digital, and fundraising. She also manages all of our events, and oversees internal and external communications. Before she joined us in 2008, Siobhan worked for MTV’s International Marketing and Communications team.

Louise Ashley

Marketing and Programming Manager

Louise joined us in 2009 as Grant Coordinator, and she’s now responsible for marketing and distribution, making sure that the great content our team makes gets seen by people all around the world. This work includes programming, blogs and promotional spots.

Ben Anderson

Ben Anderson

Community Engagement Co-ordinator

Ben’s responsible for community engagement and social media for the Staying Alive Foundation. From an activism background, his motivation is fighting the global stigma and discrimination surrounding HIV.
